I’m outside or on the mountain everyday… Do I really need to be in the gym?
But of course! The amazing activities we get to do on the mountain are only one aspect of fitness. An appropriately applied strength and mobility program can not only eliminate the imbalances in the body but allow us to do our favourite activities for years to come.
Do I have to workout on my own?

Can I be ‘too fit’ for Personal Training?
Never! There’s always what we like to call “opportunities for improvement” when it comes to the human physique and performance. We’re only as strong as our weakest link. Your trainer will help identify areas of weakness and restriction in your body and then implement a plan to improve them. All top level athletes have a trainer to continually progress them further in their sport so why would a weekend warrior be any different?
