Hailey is a Kinesiologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She is passionate about helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love through thoughtful, individualized care.

  • Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin), University of British Columbia

  • BCAK Certification Candidate (BC Association of Kinesiologists)

  • Specialized academic focus in physiology, psychology, and the social/cultural determinants of health

  • Experience in injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management

Hailey firmly believes that health is multidimensional, shaped not only by physical factors but also by psychological and social influences. She has a particular interest in injury rehabilitation and chronic pain, and in understanding how these experiences deeply impact people’s daily lives and relationship with movement.

Growing up in Whistler and immersed in the Sea to Sky lifestyle, Hailey developed a lifelong passion for movement and the outdoors. She enjoys mountain biking, climbing, running, hiking, snowboarding, and all forms of outdoor activity.

Having personally experienced injury, Hailey brings both empathy and lived insight to the rehabilitation process. She is dedicated to supporting clients through their recovery journey with a patient, individualized, and collaborative approach.

Since joining Peak Training, Hailey has been working closely with experienced practitioners and clients across rehabilitation, performance, and general fitness. She enjoys hands-on program design and takes pride in creating thoughtful, individualized training plans tailored to each person’s goals, history, and lifestyle.

Hailey continues to grow within the field as she works toward her BCAK certification and develops her clinical and coaching skills in kinesiology.
