He takes an evidence-informed approach to every program he designs, drawing on his academic background and hands-on coaching experience to create plans that are both effective and sustainable.
Having competed at a national level in long jump and trained within an Olympic weightlifting squad, Robbie brings a genuine athlete's perspective to his coaching. He understands what it takes to perform, and he brings that same commitment and attention to detail to every client he works with.
Since joining Peak, Robbie has been working across strength and conditioning, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and general fitness. He thrives on the hands-on side of coaching and takes pride in meeting each client exactly where they are — whether that's returning from injury, building a foundation of strength, or pushing performance on the mountain.
Robbie continues to develop his coaching practice at Peak, bringing fresh expertise and genuine enthusiasm to every session.
